We are an outpatient-only addiction treatment facility, making Prevail Recovery Center an ideal fit for anyone in search of an Anthem drug rehab in New Jersey who is looking for non-inpatient addiction treatment. There are many benefits to outpatient programs, such as increased flexibility. Prevail Recovery Center offers the following levels of care or treatment options. If you aren’t sure which level of care is right for you at this time, our admissions staff will help.
Detox
Getting off of drugs and alcohol can come with uncomfortable and potentially serious withdrawal symptoms. Detoxification or “detox” programs are designed to help people get off of substances safely, avoid dangerous symptoms, and alleviate both emotional and physical discomfort as they move through the process. Our outpatient detox program is ideal for clients with less severe withdrawal symptoms or who do not need the 24/7 supervision inpatient detox programs provide. Outpatient detox typically entails therapy, regular check-ins, medication management (including medication-assisted treatment or MAT), and other treatments applicable to the individual. If you are on a substance that requires tapering, we will help you create a plan and discontinue the substance gradually.
Many people attend detox prior to another level of care, such as partial hospitalization. If you require inpatient detox, we can provide you with a referral.Â
Partial hospitalization
The most comprehensive form of outpatient addiction treatment is partial hospitalization (PHP). PHP is a great substitute for residential treatment because it necessitates that patients spend 6–8 hours a day, five days a week, receiving care at the facility. Depending on a person’s unique treatment plan, treatment activities may vary, but they all aim to promote whole-person healing. During PHP, you might participate in a variety of therapeutic activities, such as individual therapy, groups, life skills instruction, nutrition counseling, and more. All of our clients receive a strong emphasis on relapse prevention, and we will work with you to develop an aftercare strategy once you leave PHP or any other level of care with us.
Intensive outpatientÂ
The step down from partial hospitalization is intensive outpatient programs (IOP). IOP offers clients access to the same therapies and treatments as PHP while requiring a significantly smaller time commitment. The main distinction is that IOP patients go to treatment less frequently and for shorter periods of time each day. IOP may be the best option for people who need to work or attend school while receiving treatment, who don’t require as intensive of care as PHP, or who are stepping down from more intensive care.
Outpatient
Our outpatient program, which is one level below IOP, is frequently used to aid patients in maintaining their recovery after completing a higher level of care. The Prevail Recovery Center offers a wide range of outpatient options, including but not limited to ongoing groups, individual therapy, alumni support, outings, and other therapies.Â
