OutpatientPrograms
Prevail Recovery Center offers outpatient-only fentanyl addiction treatment. While all of our programs or care levels are outpatient, they all serve specific purposes and require a different time commitment. This may make one program or level of care more or less suitable for you or your loved one seeking addiction treatment. We offer all of the following levels of care. If you are still determining which level of care is right for you at this time, our admissions staff can help you decide.
Partial hospitalization programs (PHP) provide the most intensive addiction treatment you can get without being in an inpatient or residential program. PHP requires that you attend therapy for most of the day, almost every day. The time commitment is similar to that of a full-time job, so clients should generally expect to take time off of work if they attend PHP. Our partial hospitalization programs provide a truly immersive treatment experience and include various treatments, such as groups, individual therapy sessions, family therapy, and medication management. Like in all of our other programs, your care plan will be tailored to meet your unique needs.
Intensive outpatient
Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) are one step down from PHP in terms of intensity. They require a substantially lower time commitment and do not require you to attend treatment daily. However, you will still attend treatment multiple days each week while in IOP and can still develop a close relationship with your treatment team. Due to the lower time commitment, IOP can be ideal for those who need to fulfill external commitments (e.g., work or school) while in treatment or for those who are stepping down from a higher level of care, like PHP. Similar to those in PHP, our IOP clients engage in regular groups, individual therapy sessions, and other treatments.
Our other outpatient programs are often used as a step-down form of care. This is because they require a very low time commitment and offer the most flexibility. Continued outpatient care can entail several different practices depending on the person but may include continued groups, individual therapy, and medication management.
Reasons to Choose Us
For some of those in search of fentanyl addiction treatment at Prevail Recovery Center will be their first treatment experience. Others may have been to treatment before. We are here to give you the best treatment experience possible. Alongside our specialized programs and expert staff members, here are some of the reasons clients choose us.
It is very common for people with substance use disorders to live with at least one other mental health condition. We provide dual diagnosis care for clients in search of fentanyl addiction treatment or treatment for any other substance use disorder who also have one or more additional mental health concerns.
Sober living
While it is not a required part of any of our programs, we maintain sober living (also called supportive housing) facilities for those interested in a dedicated drug and alcohol-free living space. This can be helpful if your address is far from our outpatient treatment center. You do not have to be part of a treatment program to live in supportive housing.
We use research-backed treatments proven to help people overcome addiction. If you’re interested in a distinct type of therapy or treatment activity and aren’t sure whether we offer it, please contact us for more information.
